Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a highly regarded Am Law firm with a strong national presence seeking a mid-level Mergers & Acquisitions attorney (4+ years of experience) to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced deal teams on high-value, complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and investors in M&A transactions
• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, merger agreements, equity purchase agreements, and related transaction documents
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence
• Advise clients on transaction structuring, risk allocation, and deal strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, and regulatory attorneys
